Change in Arrival and Dismissal Procedures due to OktoberFest Set Up This Week

Important: Changes in Dismissal and Parking Beginning Monday, Sept 28

OktoberFest is right around the corner. Setting up a small carnival and massive beer tent takes many days. Starting on Sunday evening, there will be rides in the courtyard. The beer tent barrels will be set up starting on Monday, September 28. This means that the lot will not be available for parking at all next week. We will still be able to conduct drop off at arrival in the courtyard, but dismissal will be changing for grades K-5 and some middle school students. 

Monday, September 28 - Thursday, October 1

• Arrival - There will be rides parked on BYRON between Leavitt and Bell. Please DO NOT DROP STUDENTS OFF at this location. It will not be safe and we’d like to keep traffic moving through this area. Please drop off students on Bell, in the courtyard or Leavitt.

• Dismissal in the gym for grades K-5 Monday through Friday

• Preschool and middle school dismiss as usual 

• Older siblings report to the gym for sibling pick up if needed 

• No parking in the lot at arrival or dismissal at all this week

• Please do not walk through the lot for your own safety 

 Please share this important information with caregivers in charge of assisting with morning arrival or afternoon pick up.
