Admissions Process
Thank you for considering St. Benedict Preparatory School! Choosing the right school matters. We’re here to guide your family through a thoughtful admissions process focused on getting to know your child and helping you discover what makes our community so special.
Early Admissions for 2027–2028 opens September 11th. Preschool–Kindergarten families should apply by October 5th to receive a decision by October 13th. Grades 1–8 transfer applications also open September 11th, with families contacted in December to schedule a required shadow day in January, and enrollment invitations starting February 1st.

*IEP or 504 documentations must be submitted with the student’s application, if applicable.
Qualifications for Admission
A completed application and a non-refundable application fee ($125) are required for each student applying for admission. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with priority for admission determined by the date received and the following qualifications:
▪ Siblings of current St. Benedict students
▪ Active parishioner families of St. Benedict Parish
▪ Catholic non-parishioner families
▪ Non-Catholic families
Acceptance Expectations
If you are offered a spot to register, you will be required to complete the registration form and pay the enrollment registration fee ($225) as well as the new family fee ($500), one-time only. If applying to preschool or kindergarten, applicants must submit their birth certificate and baptismal certificates (if applicable) with enrollment forms.
Age Requirements
To be considered for admission to preschool:
▪ Students must be 3 years old on or before September 1st of the academic year
▪ Students must be potty trained
To be considered for admission to kindergarten:
▪ Students must be 5 years old on or before September 1st of the academic year
