On behalf of the entire St. Benedict Preparatory School community, I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations and deepest gratitude to our outstanding Garage Sale Committee: Ben Roxworthy, Amanda Farfan, Liz Villa, Melissa Duffy, Lanie Peñaserada, and Kerry Reidy.
The success of this year's Baby & Kids Garage Sale is a direct result of your countless hours of dedication, leadership, and hard work. From organizing summer drop-offs and donations, to sorting, pricing, planning, setting up, managing the sale, and coordinating clean-up, you approached every aspect of the event with extraordinary commitment and care. Throughout the entire process, we had complete confidence in your abilities and leadership, and once again you delivered an exceptional event for our school community.
This year's sale was a tremendous success, made possible not only by the leadership of our committee but also by the many volunteers and donors who generously shared their time, talents, and treasures. Together, you created an event that reflects the very best of St. Benedict Prep: community, generosity, stewardship, and service.
We are especially grateful that the proceeds from the sale will once again support our Teacher Classroom Grant Program, providing resources and opportunities that directly enhance teaching and learning for our students. I know our faculty will be excited to begin developing ideas and submitting grant applications in the coming weeks.
It is also inspiring to know that the impact of this event extends beyond our school community. Unsold items were donated to organizations including St. Vincent de Paul Society and Cradles to Crayons, ensuring that families in need will continue to benefit from the generosity of our donors.
Thank you for making a difference through your leadership and service. Your efforts have strengthened our community, supported our teachers, and provided countless blessings to others. We are deeply grateful for all you have done to make this extraordinary event a success.
