Annual 3C's Survey is Now Available for Parents - Please complete this survey by March 20
Each year, we invite our school communities to share their experiences through our Climate, Culture and Catholic Identity Survey. The survey opened recently and is now available for participation.
This annual survey helps us better understand the experience of students, families and staff within our schools.
We invite all parents and guardians to complete the UChicago Parent Survey because we value your input and believe it is critical for continued improvement of our schools. A parent survey report will only be generated if at least 20 percent of your school’s parents complete this survey. That said, our goals are much higher! To gain maximum benefits from the parent survey, our goal is to receive a response from at least 50 percent of our school parents. Thank you in advance for helping us meet our goal!
We encourage your participation, as it will help us understand the conditions at your child’s school and guide future school improvements. Your responses are completely confidential and will never be connected to you or your child.
The Parent Survey will also be conducted through March 20 and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. To take the survey, please click on the button and select “parent survey.”
