Preliminary 2026-27 School Year Dates

We are currently in the planning stages for the 2026-27 School Year. We also know that parents are interested in learning about key school year dates to help with their planning. Here are some key dates to help. We will publish the full calendar soon. We have not determined when first and second trimester conferences will be. This will be determined soon.

Aug 19 - First day of school for Grades 1-8

Aug 20 - First day of Preschool and Kindergarten

Oct 2 - No school - Professional Development Day (teachers report)

Oct 12- No school - Indigenous Peoples Day 

Nov 6 - No school - Professional Development Day (teachers report)

Nov 26-28 - Thanksgiving Break 

December 21-Jan 1 - Christmas Break

Jan 4 - No school - Professional Development Day (teachers report)

Feb 12 - No school - Professional Development Day (teachers report)

March 12 - No school - Professional Development Day (teachers report)

March 15-19- No School - Spring Break 

March 26 - No School Good Friday

March 29 - No School Easter Monday

May 3-7 - Agora Week (tentative, but preferred)

May 14 - No school - Professional Development Day (teachers report)

May 28 - 8th Grade graduation

June 2 - Last Day of Preschool and Kindergarten

June 3 - Field Day

June 4 - Last Day of School
