It Takes a Village: Recognizing Early Signs of Mental Health Challenges in Our Youth & Open Q&A
Talking about mental health doesn’t have to feel uncomfortable or isolating.
In fact, one of the most powerful ways to support our children, and ourselves, is by creating a strong “village” of understanding, connection, and care.
This presentation will focus on recognizing early signs of mental health challenges in youth, breaking down the stigma that often keeps families silent, and building a supportive community that works together to respond with compassion and confidence.
Through discussion, real world examples, and an open Q&A, we’ll explore how we can come together as a community to promote emotional well-being for every child.
