RSVP for Extended Care Grades K-8 for November 4-8, 2024

This is for EXTENDED CARE SIGN UP for November 4-8, 2024

In order to plan well for extended care, we do ask that families RSVP in advance if they know they will be accessing the extended care program for their children. FAMILIES WHO RSVP AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE CHARGED A $5 LATE SIGN UP FEE.

We do need everyone (grades K-8) to preregister each week to help us plan for enough personnel and snacks.

Please complete this survey for EACH CHILD who requires extended care.

If you need to change your extended care plans after submission, please contact Ms. McKayla Walsh at mwalsh@stbenedict.com. Late additions will be charged a $5 late fee.

If you are unsure if you have completed it, or need to change your reservation, please submit a new response. We will go off of the latest entry submitted.
