Halloween Costumes RULES for October 31, Grades PK-8 (all students)

Halloween will be celebrated on Monday, October 31 in grades PK-8.   

Students may come to school in COSTUME (or black and orange if they do not have costume) and will have classes as normal, plus some festivities planned by their homeroom teachers and ROOM Reps.  

*If your child has a specific allergy that would prevent them from partaking in the treat, you are welcome to send in an appropriate treat for them to enjoy during the party.  

 
Guidelines for costumes: 
-          No weapons (no weapon-like props) 
-          No costume masks/No make-up 
-          Wear shoes that are appropriate for running (recess) 
-          Costume should not interfere with everyday activities or safety/evacuation if needed

When in doubt, reach out to your child’s homeroom teacher. These guidelines help us offer a safe and joyful Halloween celebration.
