Sign Up for After School Theatre Classes Beginning Soon for grades 1-5

Please complete this form separately for each child you choose to enroll. 

Enrollment will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. FACTS account will be billed for the club fee: $ per student.

Theater Club for Grades 1 & 2 will be held in the Upper School Library. 
Theater Club for Grades 3-5th will be held in Kittler Hall 

Students will be dismissed at the 3900 N Bell Evening Entrance or brought to extended care. 

Theater club sessions will limit the number of participants as needed.
