Student Council Toy Drive a Success

Thank you to all the families who donated toys to the Student Council Advent Toy Drive. It was a huge success and we filled the school bus with toys!

Since Lurie’s Children’s Hospital was unable to take our toy donations due to a recent major donation, we decided to tap into Father Ryan’s contacts at the Our Lady of the Angels Mission who gladly accepted the toys for the families they serve in the Humboldt Park area.

Our student council visited the mission and unloaded the toys after school dismissed for the Christmas break.

Again, we are so grateful for the generosity of our families. Your gifts will make a difference in the lives of so many children.
